Ok my 2000 ls v8 134,756miles was running hot took it to the dealer $425 and my climate control under the radio according to them is shot any help oh and this is to see if anything else shows up help

I'm sorry, but I just can't parse that sentence in a way as to completely understand it.

The DATCs do sometimes fail, but if the problem is that the engine is overheating, the DATC is not to blame.
If the problem is that you are only getting very hot air out of the vents, it could be the DATC, or it is much more often the DCCV (dual coolant control valve) which is under the hood by the radiator.

I understand this is what the problem is or was. The car started overheating replaced the degas bottle then thermostat housing the problem is is has busted hoses I can't get to, but the control are flashing green orange red all buttons are flashing is why they said the can't fix it because they don't carry it aftermarket only

I'm sorry, but I need someone to translate all that.
If you have bad hoses or cooling system parts, then they must be replaced to cure the overheating.

What controls or buttons are flashing green orange red? There shouldn't be anything on the LS that can do that. The heated seat buttons can go from green to orange, but I've never heard of them flashing or going to red. They certainly wouldn't have anything at all to do with anything you have discussed so far.
What does "they don't carry it aftermarket only" mean?

wow, just wow.

it aint everyday that I am just speechless.

on second though, even though we have no clue what you are actually talking about, you are driving an LS after all...

I would start by replacing that broken coolant pipe that you know is broke, if you cant reach it, then pay someone who can. while your at it, go ahead an replace anything plastic in your cooling system that you haven't already replaced, they are probably about due...

next as Joe mentioned, your DCCV is probably bad and in need of a replacement.

sounds like you also need a new DATC, did the dealer really tell you that they couldn't get/find one and that you would have to go aftermarket? (i didn't even know there was an aftermarket option...) I would buy used before buying a aftermarket unit.

also that weird problem where it feels like the trans doesn't know when to ****, isnt a problem with your trans, you need a new set of coils and plugs...

also that clunking noise coming from the front means that you need new anti-sway bar bushings.

im sure there are more that im forgetting about but that should at least get you started.
