Just ordered my DDM Tuning HID kit and they sent me a tracking number from China. Is this normal? I paid $29.95 plus $16.95 shipping. I thought I was getting sent from Cali or Vegas, hope it ain't a cheap knock off.

I believe all the cheep kits are made in china
I have ddm ones in my 95 the work good especially for the price.

I had the same issue. i left them a nice email about how irate i was to find this out after ordering from them thinking it was an american location so faster shipping.. wrong.

if they were made in USA they'd prolly cost about $200 per kit...my VVME's from China are fine

i have all ddm hids on my ls lows and on the fogs and they work great....a question which ones would i have to order for the Mark VIII i have a 97 does anyone know?

9006 but you will need some type of ring to hold the bulb in its socket. DLF used to sell these, not sure if someone has taken over the production of these yet

DDMs are in my cars now. I knew my HIDs were shipped from Nanjing, China because DDM said so when I read their FAQ column. No surprise there.

I would only buy from them cause they are the only supplier that are able to fulfill the 4500K HID bulbs I wanted at a price I can afford. And their HID system has never given me any problems.

todd i have aftermarket hids in my mark right now...it came with them installed already when i bought the car....so that means i have the special rings in there or what....i have to take off one of my headlights to see how the install is.

All four HID's in my '95 are fleabay aftermarket kits and they work fine. Made in China. Pretty much everything's made in China now. I even saw some frog legs at the grocery store the other day that were a "product of China". It's really scary when you think about it.
