ok im wanting the 6000k ddm tuning hid kit. which is the common everyone goes with? (35w or 55w). also if i get this kit does the vled 6000k leds color match for the fogs or should i get another one of the ddm kits for the fogs as well? i have a 06 ls. do i need the error eliminator cable or any other cable from the ddm site to hook these to my 06 that has halogen lights? i know that there may be glare but cant i just angle them down some to eliminate the glare? thanks.

35W normally, a few have gone with 55w.

6000k led's should match your hids bulbs, but you wont get much light from them. If you want actual light output from your fogs, go with hids, if you just want to color match then go with either.

I think you do need an error code eliminator for your lows, dont quote me on that though as I have stock HID headlights.

You can angle the your lights better, might have a little less glare, but you will still have glare. The halogen bowl reflects light everywhere, so even if you change the angle, you'll still get light everywhere.

35w will be more than bright enough. I had 8k 35w ddm's and all the girls flashed me due to the glare they put out. I got a lot of compliments on the cool, sharp color though, so I left them in.

It's only been a week and I miss her already.

I have the HIDgate HIDs in 6000k in both my lows and my fogs. I prefer the HIDs in the fogs for the light output it has over the LEDs. I wouldnt go with 55w because the light output is scattered to much to make a difference between the 35w kit. I use the capacitors/error eliminators because it helps with the flickering affect but is not needed. If you have any questions feel free to ask ive installed mine and many other peoples on their cars and trucks.
