:confused:uhmm... which bulbs should i use and what else would i need for the install i was thinking of buying 9007 hi/lo kits for both cars wasnt sure any help brings great thanks good morning all btw

for gen 2 get the 9006's and the adapter from dlf or make your own. Search "dlf" and you'll find all the info.

No hi/low..Get the 9006's to replace ur oem lows and keep ur highs standard..

Edit: DDM kits are great from what i hear..But you'll still need to buy the adapter plate.

ok great thanks... well i jus purchased the 9007 kit for my vicky cant wait to see how those work out the hi lo kit ....

I have the high low kit on my Mountaineer... It does an awesome job of lighting up the road but the high doesnt help too much... I think the lows are so bright the that when the highs are put on the bulb doesnt put it in exactly the correct spot... I will try to take pics tonight if i remember...

can and cant do i can have the wife try im in iraq my little brother will probably put it on ill ask him or the mrs to take pix of b4 and after

i bought a kit for my 95 about a year ago. they work beautifully and i have no complaints. i do get flashed a lot though. lol

So they're the type that has an HID low beam and halogen high beam built into a single bulb, and NOT the kind that has a movable shield over the bulb for high/low operation?

it has a servo in the bulb that moves the placement of the bulb... you can tell it moves but the light patteren isnt that great and I can see better with low beams and fogs...
