DCCV Crazy! Need your help

I'm going to find out why these DCCV's keep failing! I need to find out what the Ohms resistance is on working DCCV. If you have a unit that is working correctly would you please measure the resistance of the coils and post it.....the DCCV connector is located on the fan shroud in front of the engine. Unplug it and look inside. There are 6 female slots. Set you Ohm meter on Ohms reading, put one probe in the lower right and one probe in the lower left, take reading, put probe in upper left, take reading. I know what the manual says......but you know manuals can be wrong......a big thank you to all who respond! You are of great help.

The brand new in the box, dccv i tested has only 3 pins and that is the one i posted that there was 15 on one and 19 on the other. that is the 99-06 valve i sell to you guys.
