Hello all,
can the RH dash mounted day/night headlight sensor be bypassed? so that headlights do not come on when the sensor is 'in the dark"..the goal is to operate headlights manually only..no more auto headlights
thanks

yeah. turn the auto lamp off. left side of your steering wheel. turn the auto lamp wheel til it clicks. then use the rotary knob.

EUREKA! I knew that pot set the time to kill the lights after shut down..never rolled it all the way back....7 years owning/repairing this boat...FINALLY a simple function!

Happens to the best of us, took me a while to figure out my turn signal bulb was bad after wondering why it blinked so fast for 2 years...:)

Glad to see you brought her back from the dead. Nice car!

Safe adhsive-remover?

Nice color but ditch the pin stripe.
yep, I regret having that put on, thanks for pointing that out. I've got about 1/3 of it removed. i don't know what the best (SAFEST for my clear coat) solvent/cleaner is that should be used to remove the gummy adhesive residue where the pin stripe was...snail trail remover? i would think something like acetone, xylene, or 'Goof-Off'...but maybe that wold be a mistake?
