Dash piece below steering wheel?

So I broke all clips along the top of the plastic panel below the steering wheel trying to install white face gauges. This is the panel that houses the trunk and fuel door release buttons.

What is this panel called? I can't find this part on eBay no matter what I search for.

The panel is hanging down now. Is there any way to repair this without buying a new one?
