ive got the digital how can i change the color to blue from the ulgy green? along with all the other lights on the dash? please help

I was wondering that too. What if you put ceran wrap over the dash, maybe a yellow color to make blue? idk

The illumination color on your 1995-1997 is already the more blue-ish teal like color. The real green color showed up in '98, sans cluster.

The digital dash, EATC control head, radio and clock all use vacuum fluorescent displays. There is really no way you can change the color of these. Applying a translucent blue film over the display lenses should make the blue deeper in color.
The radio uses PCB mounted lamps with a blueish rubber film membrane between the face plate board and the face plate to achieve the illumination color. The EATC head, for your model year, has removable clear bulbs for face button illumination.

The rest of the illuminated switches in the cabin are (mostly) illuminated with small clear bulbs with blue slip covers over them. this include the steering assist, rear defrost, headlamp, dimmer, and message center switches.
These slip covers could be changed to ones that are blue ..er. With the slip covers removed these switches illuminate white.
Using blue slip covers on the EATC illumination bulbs will make the button illumination a deeper blue as well, but the red on the hot button will look dim.
