Dash dims with turn signal

hey i had my alternator "fixed" like two weeks ago but now when i use the turning signals my dash starts dimming with the same rhythm. i took my car back to the shop and they said everything worked perfect . that's an alternator issue right? what should i do? it was fine until i plugged in my phone's car charger

How well was it fixed....was the alternator replaced??

if the alt went bad it could have damaged the battery, i would have some other place do a load test on the alt, and battery.

noo it wasnt replaced i think they rebuilt the same
