Dark Green LS'

Not to be a dick and hijack your thread, but mine is light green. How many of those also? I have never seen another light green one in person, or dark green in person also.
 
ive only ever seen two green LS's in person, both were 1st gens, both were very dark.

and I live in the land of the LS, I see around 3-5 LS's every day, so it must be very rare.
 
Mine is dark blue. So far it's the only one I've seen. Most of the ones in my area are white, black or whatever that red color is.
 
I know where there is a dark blue one for sale....I see maroon ones, silver, and white. I have a black and so does a co worker. I'm amazed at how few have rear spoilers....mine needs one soon.
 
white, silver, and black are by far the most popular here.

along with the two green ones i have ever seen, i have only seen on dark blue and a couple of autumn red ones (other than the one i see every day:) ) in person as well

oh yeah, i have also seen a couple of vivid red (i think thats the right name)
 
My LS is estate green, (color code ST). Not sure it is dark or light. Having it done over next week, (same color) fixing all the body bumps and scratches. Previous owner caught the rear end in a garage door or something, then used it a a u-haul (cheap bas***d) and scratched up the roof and dingged the rear seats.
 
ive never seen a green LS. just black and pearl/white... maybe a red one, not sure tho.
 
I've only seen 1 other dark green second generation, the remaining 5 or 6 have all been 1st gen.

I believe mine to be an "order" car, meaning that the man who got it ordered it the way it came vs. being a stock lot delivery.

On the other colours, I've seen lots of most of them. There are a pair of black ones, a darker red, and a dark blue one at the Mountain. I've seen a few creams and a light blue in my neighborhood as well. Maybe the colours tended to be a regional thing as the second one I ever saw was also in OH (I bought the car when I was stationed in Dayton).
 
8 Green, Gen II LSs around my area, 2 Green Gen !s. White & red rare around here. Silver common.
 
I saw a lot of the mint green ones for sale when I was searching, along with the whites and tans. Only saw one dark green one at a doctors office in town and it looks really sharp.
 
Well after just driving the LS for a while and thinking about selling it for a Suburban, I've decided to keep it and spruce it up.

Thanks to GrayGhost1 for this post: Differances-in-the-LS-over-the-years I think I know why I've probably seen only one Gen 2 LS in Dark Green (Alpine Green). There was only about 4 months you could even buy one!

I wonder if anyone ordered an Alpine Green V8 Ultimate or Sport?

Without going outside in the snow to look (not sure where I'm looking either), I think it's P5 and mine's a 2003 V6 base but wondering about 2003 V8 Sport and Ultimates/Permiums.

According to my records that is not a good paint code number for 2000. Estate Green was the name of the color they used that year.
