That would be perfect for my mom. My parents have a 96 toreador red LSC just like that one, but it's higher mileage (around 140k I think) and has been in a couple very minor accidents. My mom's constantly talking about wanting to keep the mileage low and originality and how she thinks one day these cars are going to be worth something, which I personally disagree with her about (obviously, they'll always be worth more to us, but I don't think the general public will ever seriously consider a Mark VIII as a collectible car since it seems like half the "car guys", at least around here, don't even know what the hell a Mark VIII is to begin with). Anyway, I'm sure she would love to have that car since it's low mileage, original, and toreador red is her favorite color. Back in the 90's, when she had her 94 champagne Mark VIII, she saw a red Mark VIII and had me looking for a red one for sale (I was about 12 or 13, but I would always pick up Auto Traders because I enjoyed just looking through them). I was actually the one who found the 96 toreador red LSC that she ended up buying and still has today.
