Cylinder 3 Misfire

It's been a long time since I have posted anything. The ole' Lincoln has been running good. It just turned over 213,000 miles. However, the check engine light came on this morning and the code reveals it is a misfire at cylinder 3. It has been missing for a little while now, so I figure it is probably the ignition coil, which have never been changed, except for one. My question is, which cylinder is # 3?
