I'm not really sure but I think each manufacturers speaker will be different on what amount of space would be optimum, so that chart might not really work for the Audiobahn your using.

Either way the design looks really good and I hope it works out well for you, keep us updated on whats going on with it.

this is very true, every speaker has different air space requirements, it's not really a blanket vol for a given size of the speaker.

Well my ports are coming on monday.
I ordered this for 479.99.
This unit wil be good enough for me.
Sonix had a better price 429.99 but no stock.
I'll still have to order the steering wheel
controls cable and possibly the ipod cable later today.
This will probably take a week to arrive
so I'm not going to add anything further to the post until
I install the unit

I already have the factory nav bezel from LS Concepts
in the right nickel silver finish.

As to my box, well it is what it is 3.5-3.7 cu ft.
I'm sure the range of box size vs speaker brand is pretty broad.

My camaro box due to space restrictions is only .36 cu/ft per sub instead of the optimum .65 cu ft.
It still sounds mindbendingly awesome
even with the top down and driving on the highway.

I got my camaro convertible box from a guy who custom makes them. I didn't like the small size of the enclosures .18 cu/ft so I modified it and used the center area to double the area to .72 cu/ft total.
It has rectangular ports and kicks serious ass.
