i am having the same problem but this only started recently when
im driving in snow..very wierd.. but when im driving on dry or wet (rain) roads
it doesnt happen..

I suspect that you are not having the same problem. Instead, you are describing the correct and normal operation of the ABS in low traction conditions (snow).
