Cruise Control just quit

I was driving down the interstate to work this morning and my cruise control just stopped working on my 94 Mark, any suggestions where to start?

check the cable where it connects to the throttle body.

check the fuse?

try to honk your horn. if thats fubared you need a clock spring.

Any idea where the fuse is for the cruise under hood or left side of Dash? Any idea what size fuse?

check you owners manual. im not sure if there is one for the CC

fuse is good, horn still honks and cable still seems good and connected.
