All the sticker not being there means is that someone may have removed the sticker.

Look for a ballast, I would imagine they would still have the ballast needed.

a sure fire way is to remove headlight andlook underneath it. if itis HID then it will have the ballast attached to it, if not you will see a place where one could be placed with screw holes to attach it
