Coventry wheels

damn nice job, mark. I did a crappy mspaint one from a wheels website:

I like them. I was looking at them before I bought the Millis from Tommy. Offset is +42 on 8.5" wide wheel. You might get some rubbing if the car is lowered. I didn't want to take the risk.

When I was looking 18x8.5s were about $250, 19x8.5s were $275 each shipped.

I think they are going to be the sh*t. But the car does need to be lowered. I don't have much room on my 19x8's with a 42 offset though.

Well, after waiting 11 days, and finding out that TSW is out of stock, I cancelled the order...so we'll have to wait to see how these wheels would have looked on the LS.

I guess I'll just stay stock, maybe lowered with spacers and keep it simple....or just do nothing at all...there's so little out there for our cars, it's almost as difficult to do upgrades with the LS as it was with my '05 Avalon!!

What's the ride like with Eibach's and stock wheels? I assume it's as poor as any other lowered car without macthing the shocks/struts....I don't want to drive a car that has me bouncing around all the time and dreading bumps and potholes, but I do like the look of a car that appears stock but has the improved stance....

Sucks..........

That's too bad. I was really looking forward to seeing them on. :(

As long as you go with the sport or base shocks, very well. Nothing at all like you will see with those Civic Boys bouncing their heads off the headliner!

It's an '06, so I assume that's the sport shocks....over 60K though, so I don't know if I should consider shocks...

Are there any machine shops in the NorthEast that do the 20mm spacers like Heylife has?

I wish I had the chrome style 06 wheels, those lowered with spacers would look great I think, plus my machined 06 wheels haven't held up that great and they already have winter tires on them...

The LS rides great on eibachs, especially with stock wheels. Spacers make the wheels sit perfect. That place makes quality stuff and they will ship em to you too. So order from them.

Thats sucks. I really wanted to see these on an ls. :(

You know what, I took it as an omen to stop trying to get a wheelset on this car, LOL
I waited over a month for the Vulcans from wheelsandcaps.com, never came, order cancelled, then tried to get the Vulcans from LitoLS, he's a space cadet and has disappeared from what I can tell, then a short-lived interest to get those chromed Zeus wheels and I'm so glad I never did because I think they looked awful (no offense) and now the Coventry's that I cancelled after 11 days of waiting...So....

I just ordered a set of the 20mm adapters from Junior, it was painless and he was very helpful so I'm psyched about getting those in a few days...also ordered Magnaflow mufflers and got those 4" Ansa Silverline tips....now, just some Eibachs and summer tires and, in the end, the money was better spent then just for some big heavy wheels...I decided on not spending too much money on the LS because my wife is returning to work after a 5 year child raising stint and now, with a second income....I'm thinking S4 or M3 convertible and that will be our (my!!) toy to play with, screw the LS, haha!!

I do love my LS though!!
