couple of questions

im having a few issues, nothing major, first i get a rotten egg smell when accel quickly then let off? maybe battery since the light is coming is my guess?

also, how do you check the codes on a 95 gen I? i cant get any reader to work for me. but my check engine light does come occasionally.

rotten egg smell is exhaust fumes. usually catalytic converters.

it does run fine, purrs like a cat. i love this car.
just wasnt sure about the smell cause the battery light comes on once a week or so.

I wouldn't worry about the smell unless you are down on power or your mpg's are :q:q:q:qty.

If the battery light comes on then its at critical levels. Replace the alt.

and probably replace the battery if the light still comes on after the alternator...... alternators take about 5 minutes to change on these cars in an autozone parking lot
