I need a bunch of crap for my blower install and will be buying it all on May 3rd and install around June 5th.
I had planned on instaling May 1st but realized I need $1000 in extra parts.

So if anyone has a line on some Lightning 42lb injectors, 96-98 Cobra fuel rail, KB 96-98 throttle cable and the 5-6psi KB blower pully please send the links my way.

Thanks LVC!!

I know my brother went from 42lb to 60lb injectors in his lightning. I don't know if he sold the 42lb or what but i'll ask him if he has them still.

Yeah my brother doesn't have them anymore :( He said to go on some lightning forums and they will probably have them. Just search in google for the forums.

Sorry, should have said other then ebay as I check there every day.

Injector rail I want stock just to make sure it fits and I dont want to spend that much. I was told a 96-98 rail should be under $100 but have yet to see one.

Same with the injectors. i was told by a few people that it would be under $200 and so far the cheapest I found was $240.

Dont want to be a cheap ass but I was expexting to do a $2000-2200 blower install and now I am at $3400 ish :(

Um also try harley davidson truck for injectors.

Then I would have to get a fuel regulator.

An adjustable FPR might not be that bad and they are fairly cheap. With that being said I don't envy you, I have been searching here at work and haven't found much.

Thanks! I just PMd him! I cant believe I looked right past that ad. I search SVTP every day. :(

i used my stock fuel lines, also on mine the adjustable fpr would't fit under the blower. I had to switch back to my stock regulator.

Pics please. How would a FPR work on there anyway? It always confused me why it has to FPRs stock. Also I dont have the KB FMU so dont I need some way to controll the pressure?
The guy had a BBK regulator on it with the Cobra fuel rails so thats why I figured I would just duplicate it. He had 442 rwhp and had no issues. Id be happy as hell with that but really only expect 380ish on 6psi.... well hoping would be the better word.

the kenne bell throttle cable is actually a stock ford cable from what im not sure, but kb is the cheapest place for it that i found. its 105 from kenne bell (they also have a bracket that is around 30)and has been discontinued from ford and i was told it was 120 if they could find one. The part number that i have for the cable is f4zz-9a758-c. I used my stock cables and made a custom bracket for the blower and a seperate custom bracket for the cables.

I've seen alot of 39# injectors for sale, will those not work?
They are a different connector and the adapters are like $100

Yeah I am ordering the cable from KB with the larger pully. I just realized he didnt include the cable bracket so I have to email him about that. He said he would refund me $100 since he needed to keep the cable so it worked out fine.

im running a 255lph pump in the tank and an external pump on the rail into the stock fuel lines, with the stock fpr. I'll try to get a pic tom.

Another prob i think you'll find is that a 3" s/c pulley is the largest you can run without the belt hitting the coolant crossover tube which is prob going to get you around 8 psi with a standard underdrive pulley.

If 8 is as low as I can go then so be it. Guess thats another reason for larger injectors so I can keep it safer. If thats the case I may drop my shift points by 500 rpm and keep her far away from redline untill I can get a meth kit in her.

I wonder if these are the right adapters to allow me to use the 39lb Cobra injectors?

3" is what i'm running now with an underdrive crank 10:1 comp and getting 8-9psi. i have three extra larger pulleys if you know what size i prob have it.

It has a 3" pully on it now. You say thats the largest I can fit? I was wanting to go one size larger.

Also I see that I was way off on the adapter price and they can be had for under $50 so I guess that opens the 39lb injectors back up. Thats cool and will save me a TON of money.

What size do you run? Whats their duty cycle? Any meth kit? Hows your IAT? How much timing you running?
