Do I need any special equipment or is the loaner kit from Advance Auto/Autozone enough to do it? I used it back when my wife had her Stratus and it worked great to pinpoint a hairline crack in the thermostat housing. Now, I've got a coolant leak on the LS but don't know where it's coming from just yet. We're, unfortunately, in a tropical depression right now so it's a little hard to work on but I figured I would check on the tester while I had some time.

The only reason I ask is because this car doesn't have your standard design with the fill neck on the radiator. That and the degas bottle.

Should fit on the degas bottle. Easy way to find out!
As noted in other threads, this may not help. Many of the plastic parts flex and expand when hot, opening the cracks. It may seal just fine when cold.
Of course, it's only a little bit of your time, so it's certainly worth trying.
