The cooling fan doesn't want to come on, I know the a/c is low on charge so it won't run w/o the compressor running, but at what time/temp/location on the temp gauge will it usually come on? Just curious with summer coming up I don't want to be sitting at a light and have the temp gauge shoot up on me

VCRM is in the bumper in front of the radiator...it's like 4"x7" with cooling fins

:edit:
you can peep through the top where the hood latch is at to see it

Why is everything I need to get to on this car stuck in some spot that is a pain in the azz to access.

If it's bad are they still available, or aftrermarket, and how much am I gonna get soaked for?

P/N f4lz-12b577-aa relay listing at $297.53 LVC $223.15 plus shipping if you do need one. Location is correct...on the hood latch bracket in frt of the rad.

lay under the front, look thru the big square holes, it's readily accessible laying under the front bumper cover.
AND..since the bolt that holds it in is on the bottom side it'll keep you from "raking your hand" against the power steering cooler as you work the bolt out.

no real diagnosis for a bad vcrm, replace and hope is about the best you can do.

Thanks everyone for all your help (group hug)

Hey is leaking from the back of the PS pump not so un-common? I have never seen one of these style pumps leak arond that cap on the back before

It's PS fluid I would think. It's running off the bolt head from the back of the pump. It's a small leak, about 2 inch over night and the engine oil level is still fine. with a mirror I can see the trail from the cap on the back of the pump housing. Maybe the o ring got knicked durring assembly and it's just now gona show up due to the age and eventual slight shrinkage the O ring will do.
