Remember though, it needs to hold pressure too.. I guess someones degas bottle has to crack so they can try it..

I finally received my new coolant tank, Dorman part, for $67 with free shipping. The adverse weather held it up in shipping so it took awhile to receive it. I installed it tonight. Glad that is over!!
