2003 Lincoln LS V8
Been searching around for the last few days, and while there's much discussion on the cooling system I've not been able to find enough information to piece together a parts list for my 2003 Lincoln LS. Does anyone have such a parts list, and if so can it be posted on this thread? I'd not mind seeing one for both the 3.0 and the 3.9, 1st and 2nd gens, then have this thread added to the sticky list to make it easier for future replacement jobs. If such a list already exists please point the way to that thread, then if we can get that thread added to the stickies.

If possible, I'd like to make this a total parts list for the cooling system, if coolant flows through it then have the part number listed so that would include the DCCV and all that too.

I have come across information indicating that Jaguar parts can be used and they are aluminum instead of plastic, part numbers for these parts would also be welcome. Thanks in advance.

+1

~ was just thinking of asking (joegr) about this the other day.
~ with OEM P/N's would be best.

OEM would be nice, but so long as it listed everything that was needed so someone could know they had all the parts before they began work that would be great. It looks like I may be keeping my LS for one more year, so I want to go ahead and deal with the cooling system now rather than wait for a roadside tow. I've been hearing bubbling from the front of the car occasionally as of late.

Excellent, thanks. I wonder why I didn't find that thread this time, considering I commented on it?

No matter. That covers the 2nd Gen V8, which is enough for me, but if we had the same parts lists for the V6s and the 1st gen V8 it would help those owners.

Sweet +1, bookmarked & added to my LS notes.

I have a warning about the 707299-S300 o-ring. Something has changed. They are now selling them only in packages of four, and they are the wrong size.
I have been chasing a leak due to this on my 04 for weeks now. The o-ring is supposed to have an ID of 53mm, but I measured mine at just over 55mm to 56mm. I just can't make them work.

I have ordered a 52mm ID o-ring to see if that will work. I'll let you know.

+1 I can't seem to find a complete list for the gen1 V8
