Condensation inside new headlight!

I got new housings about 2 months ago. I washed my car 2 weeks ago and their is water/condensation inside my high beam housing. I don't understand how it happened or how to get rid of it w/o taking off the housing. Any ideas or reasons why this happened? There are no cracks that water could get in. Help please and have a SAFE and happy New Year!

Mike will know, theres a few threads on it I think, they may help. My 96 LSC does it a little also, but it evaporates in a little while.
