Anyone know what that noise is? It's been doing it for a while now, just finally bugged me enough to ask. Steering is taunt and on point. Just makes this weird noise. It's actually not as loud as it is in the video. I made sure it was quiet as possible so I guess it made the mic really sensitive.

The rack or the intermediate shaft.
Spray some lube first on the shaft where it goes into the rack. If that doesn't stop the noise, spray some on the two u-joints of the intermediate shaft.
In either case, the lube is just a temporary fix. If it's the rack, there is a power steering fluid additive that may help.

I posted there but forgot to update. I did a complete flush and added...the additive...lol

Worked like a charm. No more noise.

I just used a turkey baster on mine and added the friction modifier. Solved it, but my turkey baster has seen better days. God that stuff stinks.
