Ok, so i'm officially getting rid of my rearview mirror..The dam thing wont stay on. I picked at the plug for the compass thing but it wouldnt budge. How can i remove it w/o cutting the wires. I know it will come out cuase i found it partially unplugged shortly after i bought it.

This weekend i put in my new hid kit for the 97. KK's metal adapters worked great but the previous owner replaced 1 of the lights and messed something up but i eventually got the bulbs in and secure. The wireing from the ballast to the main harness was alittle bit of a pain..Not awhole lot of wire to tap into. But there working and they allready look pretty different in the daylight. i got the 6000k 9006 bulbs..The place i ordered them from got here in 1.5 days all the way from ca.

Also, while doing the wireing for the hid's i found a plug (house type plug
) wich i'll assume is for the optional engine heater..Nice little suprise i guess. I'm going to do some research on it but would there be a problem w/ it since it appears to have never been used in 13 years?

Overall a very productive weekend...The suspension is converted as are the hids. Have a spare ballast for the neon so i think i hit all the sore spots ..Sucks that she has to be a dd now.

well i just searched and didn't find squat about the block heater....anyone?
