Collectors edition with a ragtop look

Let's just pretend for a minute that i found a CE with one of those fake convertible tops on it. It would have only 75k miles on it and be in fair to good condition. What would it run if i was to buy it and put it on ebay? We will consider this hypothetical for now. I'm deciding whether to pay $3,400 for it or not. It is white with a black top.
