I replaced my D and G coil because the scan tool said they were malfunctioning, put two new ones in and its throwing the same code on d and g with brand new coils

What brand coils did you use? Did you change the plugs? Change all coils/plugs with OEM equipment.

D and G ?

ok, thought so, strange, hadn't heard it like that before. check you plug, replace if needed,
make sure you coil connectors are good and snap in correctly.
Ultimately the best option is to replace all 8 COPs and Plugs are the same time. ensure plugs are gapped to spec. 1mm.
Put some dielectric gre4ase inside the coil boots as they go in on top of the plug, some on the connectors is not a bad idea either.
ensure you hear/feel the connectors click in place.

Lol sorry my scan tool reads it as letters they would be #4 and #7 .

It would be best to replace all of them, because:
1. The misfire identification does not always guess the correct cylinder.
2. Usually, the whole set becomes marginal at about the same time.

Did you replace the #4 and #7 sparkplugs? Did you use the right ones and verify the gaps as being 1mm?

Also check that the coil connectors and the fuel injector connectors are fully seated and latched in.

What are the exact five character codes?

I haven't replaced the plugs yet but I just bought a set so I'll do that next.

Here's how it works.

Coil fails (becomes marginal)
Marginal coil damages spark plug
Damaged spark plug stresses new coil
Stress new coil becomes marginal
Marginal coil damages new spark plug
Repeat over and over, or always replace the plug and the coil at the same time.

ignore it and you'll clog up the CATS. = expensive
