Code PO 161 (o2 heater circuit)

Got a check engine light and code reader says PO 161 (o2 heater circuit).
Anyone got a link for downloading flow chart for testing this circuit?
Where to order factory manual?
What is bank order 1-2 as in driver-passenger?
97 Mark VIII no mods

Bank#1 is drivers, go to the auction for Shop Manuals & CD's. Don't waste any money on Haynes either. Replace the sensor.

could also be the wire for the heater circuit is bad, get a teat light and with the car cold, turn on the key with the sensor unplugged one of the wires should have 12v
