Code 565 related to missfire, hanging idle, and poor fuel economy?

I have had the 3 problems going on for quite a while. While searching I found a thread of someone replacing the fuel evap solenoid. Is this what the code is referring to? It is saying circuit failure on bank 1 solenoid. I have been pouring money into wires plugs and coils along with TPS and IAC to find the problem but nothing has worked so far. Ideas?

Had the stock air box apart lately and cleaned the MAF? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Checked spark at the coils?

Yes and yes and yes. Tried to replace the EVAP purge soleniod but found that I stupidly pulled it along with all the lines from when i took out my air ride compressor. I plugged the 2 open lines leading to the fuel tank and I now have pressure. Let the car idle for 10 min and opened the gas cap and I finally got a hissing sound. Can I leave BOTH of the lines plugged and call it since OBD I wont change how the engine runs? One is a small metal line and one is a bigger metal line. I feel like an idiot for tossing all this. And yes all the holes on other end of line on intake have been plugged also
