Cobra spare tire alternitives

Are there any cheaper/ more readily available alternatives out there rather than using a Cobra spare tire on the Mark VIII with the 13" Cobra brake and hub conversion.

Maybe the +03 Crown Vic 16 x 4.5 spare? (have not tried)

Search www.car-part.com for 2003 Lincoln Town Car, then select wheels, click on 17x4 spare. There are a few around me for $50. Or just search craiglist for a cheap 17 mustang wheel, they pop up from time to time.

I wanted to avoid e-bay if I can help it, and pick one up at the junk yard or something.
