In the pic above I know where the PCV, Brake booster, HVAC lines go, but I have another one I dont know about. On the gen 2 intake it was plugged in right beside the brake booster. It has 2 things that come off of it and one runs to the fuel pressure regulator (i think) on the passenger side and the other goes down to some big metal canister right in front of the crank pulley. I dont see another vaccum port to plug that into. Any Ideas?

Also, my new intake has holes in the bottom of it. Do these need plugged up?

And #3, I cant get the EGR off of the EGR pipe. Any tricks or tips? I am afraid I am going to break the pipe if I torque on it much more. Everything was going great up till then. Maybe I can just cut it off?

I got the old intake off, cleaning up the IMRC's, and ready to put in the new one, just had those last couple questions.

theres the other breather hose coming from the pass. side valve cover..........id think you would plug that there

the two bottom holes make this an intake from a 96 Cobra, they should be plugged..........i read that somewhere...........i think stock its got some bolts there

The breather hose from the pass cover goes to the air intake tube and is about 1/2" diameter. These ones are small vacc lines. But thanks! And yeah the holes on the bottom have threads in them so they will be easy to plug, but it came from a 98.

Thats one end, the other one goes down in front of the crank pulley and they both go to the back of the intake and plug in right next to the brake booster.

the bottom goes to the diverter valve for the AIR pump, probably get rid of that with a tune.........wonder how people are doing the regulator one...........

somebody post pics of their cobra intake!!!!!

im wanna get a cobra intake too, need pics! :)

and its the 'how to build....4.6s' book that says 96 had the holes, and some 97s..........guess they had leftover manifolds thru 98 lol

Vacuum lines are not a science... they all go to the same place and you don't want any open spots...

You should be good pulling from one of the big vaccum hoses. The fuel rail line you have pointed out I think is the pulse modulator thingy. Something to due with the return fuel system. It needs to be hooked up. Waiting on mine to come in the mail. Intake that is. Long time coming.
