You can buy the plastic clips that break on ebay for about $20 when the old clips break and the window no longer works. The clips for the Chrysler C300 are the same for the LS.
Now being the butter fingers I am, I installed the new clips then proceeded to break one by over torquing the window glass holder nut. Damn! So what to do?
I checked youtube and found plastic welding with a soldering iron.
followed the instructions using spare pieces of plastic, melted the broken piece back to the clip, reinforced with extra pieces from old clip and viola! better than new!
you can use the soldering iron plastic weld trick on any poly in the car. check it out, it really works!
