So, as its getting colder in the morning and its the first fall with the LS...I have a question for you guys. When I turn my climate control to AUTO in the morning...THe A\C light comes on???? when the car heats up and the heat is blowing, I turn the A\C button off and it becomes warmer??

I have had auto climate control in my Maxima's, thunderbirds etc and never has the AC light come on....Is this normal or is the unit on thr fritz??

Does it blow warm air without you hitting the AC button off?

In the auto setting, the A/C light should be on all the time, even if it is below freezing. It dehumidifies the air, and makes it more comfortable. (The Compressor itself won't run much of the time if it is very cold.)

This is the designed for operation. It's the way my two work, as well as the way that my prior cars with auto climate worked. The heater will always over power the A/C, so you aren't losing any heating ability.
