Hey well some idiot hit and ran my car. There is some scratches on the rear bumper and the chrome is cracked. No dents or anything. Should i claim it and pay $200 deductable, or Just touch it up with touch up paint and install the rear chrome trim myself? How much is the rear chrome trim? Also i can't find my kinda paint anywhere. Should i go to the dealership?

Take the car to an automotive finish supply store in your area and they can mix you a can of paint to match. They can probably order the trim as well.
