chime problem on the ls

Has anyone found a fix for this annoying beeping?

I recently took my car to the dealer to have the clockspring replaced. When they fixed it they said something like, they got a code from the airbag light. They said the airbag light was out.
WTF? The darn thing wouldn't turn off for years...that's why I finally replaced the clockspring...and now it wont go on?

Anyway, about to weeks later this beeping started.
Could that be the reason? What can i do to stop this?:Bang

Replace the bulb, then fix the SRS problem. (If you are getting the 5 5 5 chimes, then the bulb is out and there is an SRS fault.)

HOw hard is it to replace that bulb? Is there instructions here on removing dash? I did a search and came up with nothing

all my lights work correctly and mine doesnt chime like what you guys are describing but when im driving sometime just out of the blue it will chime but no light and nothing on the ifo screen so i never know what its for. any body experience that

A single chime now and then is a completely different issue. It's mostly known as the LS mystery beep. It happens when a minor fault occurs and then corrects itself so quickly that you can't read anything on the message display. Usually it is communications glitches, usually caused by electrical noise or timing issues.
