I have done a extensive search on this code online and this site. It consists of hard shift, stalling, ect.
P0743 Torque converter clutch circuit electrical
I am not getting any of the problems with the occuring code at all. The car runs and drives great, like nothing at all is happeneing.
I want to take it to a shop, but I dont want them to try and sell me a rebuild or anything expensive when it could be something small.
The tranny fluid was replaced appox 5K ago. We never had problems with the tranny, it was just starting to get higher mileage and wanted to try to stay away from problems from happening.
Thanks for any input on what I should look for.
Should I just take it to a dealership and let them do the Pin test?
( and hope that they are honest?) lol
