My check traction control message keeps coming up on the dash, any ideas as to what things I should be checking?

uhh. the traction control? 
to start, crap on the abs wheel sensors. they're a hall effect sensor and magnetic. so they get choked with little pieces of metal.

Is this upon start up and you turn off the car and it goes away? If answer is yes your battery is bad and maybe your regulator is going. Otherwise, it may actually be the traction control.

Continuously shows up upon starting the car. It just randomly showed up when I showed up to pick up my car from the transmission shop. I was thinking maybe a sensor
