Is a roundabout, trying to get an idea on true value or trade offers
Chameleon blue 1 of 202 of the color
Peeling clearcoat
The car is completely rust free, and very clean, seam welds, frame, etc
Besides two ferrous iron parts on the rear end but they will likely end up getting replaced
Leaks somewhere if you try to fill the tank all the way but doesn’t guzzle so I don’t mind and haven’t looked further
Interior is decent but not the best going to swap to black soon if I can manage it, is clean overall
THE WEIRD
The air ride will be replaced with coil springs in the next few days then it’s up for grabs, the coils are meant to be temporary just so it can still be driven
I don’t know what part of the air ride originally failed or if any did, or if it was just getting customized, some parts were removed from the p.o. Before he passed and a project it sat sense 2015, and without those parts installed I’m assuming that’s why it doesn’t work, haven’t looked further just want it to roll and not scrape
The process of independent corner control has been started, vent and compressor wiring soldered and labeled to switch panel, not hooked up or finished will be awhile, probably leaving up to next owner, I got it like that, just thought would be cool to continue
On the way, coil springs and struts, all 4 corners
New:
Crankshaft position sensor
Fuel pump
Front/
upper control arms, bushings, ball joints
Lower control arms, bushings, ball joints, sway bar end links
Tie rods, inner tie rod links, outer tie rod links
Rack and pinion steering column
Rear/control arms, bushings, ball joints, sway bay, end links and more I’m forgetting, spark plugs, oil changed and your basic tune up things done as well
