It was the COIN HOLDER rattling when empty! I just had to put some change in it. Cost to fix: $0.40 
I thought for sure it was the sliding armrest, because it only rattled when extended. But apparently, when not extended, the underside of the armrest touches the coin holder enough to keep it from rattling. lol that took me a little too long to figure out... :slam
