I just purchased a new avh-pioneer5700DVD And i was taking it apart going smoothly and then i found out the adapters dont fit into it. DO i need to cut the wires and match them up or some kind of adapter connector or something like that instead of having to cut all those wires and match them up.

I don't know the specifics, but usually there is a proper adapter available.

there are a few diffrent wiring harnesses for it. Depends on if it has a factory amp and what year the car is. Do not cut the factory harness up you will regret doing that in the future. Aftermarket radio wiring harness's do not match up to the factory wiring harness.

Crutchfield would know exact harness's If you plan on keeping the factory amp if your LS has one they sell an adapter for that also, but the rep told me when using this with aftermarket deck it kills the front console speakers by both driver and passangers feet
