Hi Everyone I live in Michigan and wash my Mark 8 twice a week under carriage and all at jax car wash. The last few times the abs light comes on. And traction control off lights up. The last time was the worse with warning light comming on during the car wash. and the traction control stayed on during my freeway drive even though there was no reason for it to stay on. Any ideas why the abs light would stay on after a car wash? After a few times of shutting it off and restarting it the lights go off and everything returns to normal.

My ABS light and Traction control has been off since I went thru a car wash 2 years ago. Brakes locked up in the car wash, had to shut off the car and restart it to get the breaks to disengage. Been fine ever since, cept for the ABS light and no TCS. If you find an answer let me know. I've replaced the computer controller thing that's in front of the front driver side wheel, didnt fix it. I'd be interested in what causes this so I can fix mine.
