Car jerking?

I have an 04 lincoln ls v6. At times, the car seems to jerk. It seems to happen only in the city and not on the highway. It only happens when speeding up. Any ideas as to what this might be?
 
holly :q:q:q:q do any of you mudaf*ckas search anymore??!!! in the last f*ckin week alone there had to have been like 10 posts about car studdering, jerking, stalling, shivering and all types of sh*t. its probably your coils do a search and you will see, you have 6 coils and they all sucks cuz ford made them that way!!!!!! search search search search search search!!!!!!
