Car Dies????

2000 Town Car (brother's car)

Has trouble starting..........

Wont idle...

With raised RPM's it will run, but dies at stoplights.

No problems before.....

Any thoughts???

Went over there, started up for me....... I dunno. No problems now....... No clue.

Well - I put seafoam in it, and it ran fine for a week. All of a sudden, same problem again......... Problem cleared up while driving it on highway.......


we checked codes.......... Nothin there...........

Sounds like an EGR malfunction.

My vote is for IAC. If it is intermittent like that. Besides that i have heard alot of those problems lately
