One more questions. Can overfilling the tank cause problems with the fuel system?

^that mod only lasts for a few days or maybe a week^. When they're done, they're done. I've done a couple of them the same way. I know overfilling will ruin your vapor canister & leave you smelling fumes, i'm not very on top of that issue, I just make sure not to do it!
yes, you can flood the evap system on a second gen, not 100% sure about the first gen

It's just best to not overfill, over and over. once the pump shuts off, give it one more, maybe two and I'd stop there. I stop on the first shut off or $50.00 and I know I have enough gas to get where I'm going.

Well, I thought I would bring this issue back since I finally drop my gas tank and removed the defective fuel pump and replaced with a BBK 1622 and before I re-install the tank I would like to also replace all of the hoses that connect to the gas tank. Is there a kit to replace two filler neck and jumper hoses? or should I go to my nearest AZ and just match up the hoses as close and I can.
