Those are 03 offset wheels on Dmaups car. Depending on the tire size, you will have to roll the lip on the quarters to get the tires to clear, but well worth the work for the look in my opinion.

The 94-04 offset wheels will work in 9 inch widths or less. If you want a wider rear wheel than that you will need the 05 up offsets. So if you want 03 Cobras go for it just stay with 9 inch all the way around and a 26mm or higher offset.
