I have been searching, but haven't found what I need.
My 04' started leaking coolant from the part pictured, and eventually started spraying out when turned on. I need to replace the part, however, I don't know what it is called.
Help?

I looked it up on RockAuto, but that's the part. The one that is leaking is the T looking part.

Yes, they do that. Mine had a seep leak along the injection mold fill mark right on top. It's the long oval shaped bit that's kinda rough right on top. You may as well replace all the hoses while in there, because all that plastic has been subjected to the same heat cycles and pressure, and if it isn't leaking now it soon will be. When you order the new hoses, make sure to compare the picture to the one on the car because different cars had different cooling options, like an oil cooler that pipes through the rad hoses.

This car is a pain in my butt! I was planning on replacing all the hoses, but I am concerned with that 1 part right now. A family of 4 (toddler & a newborn) crammed into a Chevy Astro with 2 seats is a bit uncomfy!

I cam across a thread where someone else has noticed that all of the parts online don't look like the one on the car, and that there is no part number.

Got the part today from Ford, I remember someone saying they couldn't find the part number, so for future references on the v8 it is 3W4Z-8260-BB
