U guys think its possible to get 1500 or close to that for my car? Im abt to fix the tranny. The bodys pretty good other that the passenger side front finder. Small tear on divers seat and the rear bags leak sometimes as shown in the pics. And the windows slip. The cars kinda dirty cuz i havent drove it in a couple weeks.

Yes but pop the fender off and fix the dent as good as you can or call a PDR guy
and fix the window and tranny

I personally wouldn't pay more than $500 for a car in that condition.

That is in "about" the condition of the car I bought for 600.00.
I got it for the engine alone.. the rest of the car went to scrap.

IF you find the right buyer you might get the price you seek.
Based on what I have seen it's a 5-800 dollar car tops.

Please dont take this wrong, but Mark 8 resale for a "non perfect car" is hideous.
Even the "good lookers" are taking a beating pricewise.

1500 would turn me away fast. My 93 needed 4 tires, a full paint/body work job, both door panels were off and in the trunk, the car hadn't been started in over 2 years. Luckily no problems with the air ride, I paid 600 after getting 100 back from the guy. I'd offer 500 (I got burnt on my mark) considering the rear bags are like that.

If you part it out though I'll need the center console. Also, I'll take all 4 speakers. PM me

same here id offer 500.00 tops air bags alone are that price and not to mention basic tune and maintence to get it back running and driveable again

What? It runs very very good. Its been taken care of. I only stopped driving it a little over 2 weeks ago. The only major prob is the tranny which im abt to fix.

Like I said I think you can get $1500 just don't sell to a gear head they will not pay that price

i just payed 1500 for my 93 one owner with 75 k and all it needs is paint. down here in florida a mark like yours, leaky air ride, dented body, 160k miles i buy at the auction all day long for 500 to 700 bucks. if anyone who knows the mark VIII looks at that for 1500 they will either walk away, or offer you way less, sorry dude, its the truth 1st gens are worth nothing anymore, unless you have a true 95 or 96 lsc, it doesnt matter if its been taken care of, its what someone will have to spend to make it road worthy, fix the air ride, rebuild or drop a trans into it, that alone is 1500 bucks worth of repairs.

u still wont get that i bought mine up north in minnesota and the guy wanted 1900 and after i did my research and added up everything that need to be fixed it was twice the amunt that he asked and so i told him take it or leave it and we walked aweay with a 500.00 car

you are a gear head I have seen people come to my work with neons that they got for $2000 and mind 90s grandams for $3000 not everyone knows about cars
and how good or bad they are a sales man will sell the good not the bad
