after much searching, i haven't found exactly what im looking for.

i recently bought a 2000 LS (sport) for my son, i would like to surprise him with a few mods. I'm looking for low/fog HID, and LED interior/exterior lighting.

the issue i have is im not exactly sure which to buy, i took a look at DDM and the list of bulbs was staggering..i see HID's on ebay, but im not sure if they are of quality or not.


in closing, im just looking for a quick and dirty list of what bulbs fit where, and which HID kits are quality and built to last.

im already looking at adrst2.3's conversion in blue, he does some nice work from the images i have seen...

once i get the "old man" off this car and add a little pimpin' i will post Before /after images.

Those seem pricey...i was hoping for something much cheaper...the HID kits on ebay are like 30 bucks each.

i seen that bulb chart already, i just don't know which type of LED bulb to buy...DDM's site is a bit confusing in the LED dept...

also, the HID kit there seem reasonably priced, which one would i need, 35 or 55W?

another question, if i change the bulbs in the tail/reverse lights do i need to add resistors?

the site linked is a bit over my budget, i was thinking of ~$50 for each kit... if i get the kit from DDM do i need the 35 or the 55W? are their any side effects for adding two kits?

DDM's site is a bit confusing for LED's, i seen the chart in the post that was linked, but im just not sure which LEDS correspond to my bulbs. if it helps, i want blue on the interior, and some super bright for the exterior (reverse lights, tails...ect). also, do i need to add anything (other than the bulb) to make the system run on LEDS?

There is no KN intake kit made for gen 1's currently. Here are the most popular options! And get a heatshield from Hite337 on this forum if you get the asmi intake kit!
