Actually he was spending most of his time fund raising and stumping for his wife's Senate bid, but of course they don't count in those numbers. I can post up all the meetings with national and international figures that Bush has had while in office.

Of course, in the liberal mind, 'quantity' counts more than 'quality'. Or 'intent' counts more than 'results'.

I'd really appreciate if you could substantiate your obvious lack of understanding where this country is.

I see more new cars, few jobless claims consistently reported, consumer spending is up, ever resturant I go to is absolutely packed, home sales are at an all time high with no real end in sight. Highways are being improved, we have yet to realize any more terror attacks on our soil, people are being freed, opressed peoples are founding new democracies, Taxes are low, budget deficite is lower than everyone expected. Theme park attendance is high, hotles are booked and new ones are being built.

Yeah it is absolutely bismal out there... if you are a liberal sure it looks like certain doom to your socialist agenda.

I spend more time working from home than from any other point on this planet. I get more done in less time which allows me to spend more time considering details and reviewing plans before taking action on them.

That only demonstrates how resiliant the US economy is. BuSh certainly isn't helping it along, but at least he can't f*&K it up too much either. The economy certainly isn't as healthy as it was in 2000, AND we are in much deeper debt. The "lower than expected budget deficit" (<-- that verbage is like the pilot warning the passengers that "we're all going to crash, BUT you'll have a chance to see the end of the in-flight movie first!!") is the result of projections based on a momentary blip in revinue that isn't going to last. 4 hurricanes in FLA over the last year is certainly helping the new home sales and construction buisness, I suppose you are going to credit BuSh for those? Are you going to blame him for the fact the Ford and GM make on the whole crappy cars that don't give consumers what they want?? The housing buble is a result of the hurricanes? That's the stupidest thing I've heard. I've been in real estate and mortgages for quite some time and can tell you that the housing boom is in direct relation to 9/11. When things started going south then in the economy, then the rates were lowered. It will stay that way until we are in a Bull market. And Bush had no control over those things that caused this, but oh, by the way, rates are going up, which means there is more money for people to spend. That means BETTER ECONOMY!!!!! Before you start talking trash, atleast no what you are talking about.
